The love and attention-to-detail really shows at Lawson's. Communication was outstanding, check-in was easy, and the place is cleaner, brighter and larger than we pictured from the photos. The character of the place has been preserved, and modernised with fantastic amenities. We really appreciated the coffee/breakfast provided, a/c and large-screen smart TV. Geelong South station is 2 mins away, and the trains may be an issue for light sleepers, but they never woke us up. It's a lovely 15 min walk to Geelong center.

Proactive communication, clean, tidy, comfortable accommodation. The beds were amazingly comfortable with clean crisp sheets. Brilliant to access the train station for easy access in to Melbourne and within walking distance in to Geelong and the sea front/beach. The area is quiet and comfortable. The cottage is a throw back in to the 1920's with all the mod cons.

Cosy little house that has everything you need. Noel and Joan made us feel very welcome with some homely touches - a little Christmas tree and some Christmas decorations. They even left us a lovely home made Christmas cake. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely be happy to stay there again.
